"Catch Me I'm In Love" catches P15M earning in one day!

The newest movie of the Gawad Tanglaw Best Actor in a Single Performance Gerald Anderson and 2-time Box Office Queen Sarah Geronimo, "Catch Me I'm In Love" is truly a hit as it tallied a P15 million earning for its first-day of showing alone. Whew!

According to Star Cinema it is quite amazing considering that it is Sarah and Gerald's first tandem in a movie.

A Star Cinema and Viva Films collaboration, "Catch Me I'm In Love" is directed by Mae Cruz. It was released on the big screens on March 23. It is the first film of Gerald with a new leading lady.

Miguel Villafuerte, Sarah Geronimo's newest admirer and suitor (Photos)

The Pop Princess Sarah Geronimo reportedly has a new admirer and suitor in the person of Miguel Villafuerte.

Miguel Villafuerte said to have wanted to go to the premier of Sarah's new movie, "Catch Me I'm In Love" but he missed it since he had to fly back to New York that night. He sent a bouquet of flowers instead.

Miguel is the eldest son of Camarines Sur Governor Luis Raymond 'Lray' Villafuerte. He is a graduating Political Science student in a university in New York City.

According to a Manila Bulletin report, the Villafuertes like Sarah as they have invited the singer-actress several times for shows and tourism endorsements in the province.

Miguel's mom, Lara, also likes Sarah’s wholesome, down-to-earth and decent image and she believes that she is the kind of girl her sons should go for. The mom said to have influenced Miguel who, according to the report, has had a crush on Sarah since last year.

Cristine Reyes receives an apology, ends rift with Sarah Geronimo

Kapamilya stars Christine Reyes and Sarah Geronimo finally ended the tension between them. In a "The Buzz" interview, yesterday, Sarah shared how it all happened.


According to Sarah, when her make-up artist forgot her eyeliner, she was able to find time to ran into Christine to say sorry and explain her side.

“Niyakap ko na lang siya… Sabi ko, ‘Cristine, wala 'kong intensiyon…’ Wala po talaga akong intensiyon [na manakit],” Sarah told "The Buzz".

“At ‘yung biro ko sa stage na ‘yon during rehearsal, sine-set ko lang ‘yung mood na, ‘Okay na tayo, Ray, ha.’ At saka ‘yung joke ko na ‘yon, for John [Prats] din ‘yun at Rayver. Kasi totoo naman ‘yun na ‘yung mga magagaling sumayaw, lapitin talaga ng mga magaganda at seksing babae. ‘Di ba po si Rachelle [Ann Go] sexy, si Cristine sexy… maganda… So ‘yun lang po, wala akong ibang ibig sabihin don. At ‘yun ang gustong gustong gusto kong ipaliwanag kay Cristine,” Sarah added

Sarah said that Christine was quick to say 'sorry' and was teary-eyed as well.

“Sabi niya, ‘Oo, sorry.’ Nagulat din ako na na-teary-eyed din siya, ‘Sorry din para wala na ring iwasan.’ At nakita niya po si mommy, nag-sorry din po siya kay mommy.”

“And I also told her na, ‘Cristine, naiintindihan kita, in-love ka eh,'” she laughs as the audience cheers. “Sabi ko, ‘Nangyari rin sa akin ‘yan noon!'” She laughs even harder until she realizes something and quickly says, “Ay sorry, mommy! Mommy, I love you…”

An interesting team up of the Pop/Box-Office Princess Sarah Geronimo and Action Drama Prince Gerald Anderson is currently being cooked. Yes, the two Kapamilya stars are working on their first movie together entitled, "Just The Way You Are".


The taping of the new movie started without a title and now it has been revealed and confirmed by a blog that "Just The Way You Are" will be its title.

Hmmmmm... What do you think about it, guys? How does the title appeal to you?

And since we witnessed on the axed TV show "Idol" that Sarah-Sam and Sarah-Coco weren't successful pair ups, do you think Sarah-Gerald loveteam would work this time around?

Sarah Geronimo Pisses Off Cristine Reyes?

A series of tweets on the Twitter account of Cristine Reyes yesterday, told everyone how pissed the sexy young actress was that day.


People can't help referring it to Sarah Geronimo's remark earlier that day during an ASAP XV rehearsal where the Popstar Princess reportedly said on the microphone in front of some Kapamilya stars, “Pag magagaling magsayaw habulin ng mga babaeng sexy.” Did she pertain to her ex-boyfriend Rayver Cruz when she said “magaling sumayaw” and "babaeng sexy" to the current girlfriend of Rayver, Cristine Reyes?

Although not present during the rehearsals, the remark easily reached Cristine Reyes and she was not at all happy about it.
